About Us

The hospitality of a family living in Datça.

I'm Esra. My husband Ercan and I live in Datça. We open our house in the center and our apartment building in Mesudiye to guests for daily, weekly and monthly stays. We welcome large families in our big house in the center, and those seeking quiet in the greenery of Mesudiye.

Where is Kardelen Apart in Datça?

We have two locations: in İskele neighborhood in Datça center (a 5–10 minute drive to the bazaar and Kumluk Beach) and in Mezgit neighborhood in Mesudiye (a 7–14 minute drive to Ovabükü, Hayıtbükü and Palamutbükü bays).

How many homes are there and how many guests can stay?

We have four homes. The Datça Center House (3-bedroom duplex) sleeps up to 8 guests; the Datça Center 1-Bedroom Apartment, Mesudiye Garden House and Mesudiye Garden Floor each sleep up to 4.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

In all our homes check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. We hand over your keys in person on arrival, or leave them at an agreed spot if you prefer.

Is there parking, Wi-Fi and air conditioning?

Yes. All our homes have air conditioning, free on-site parking, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, hair dryer and iron.
